"My heater core on my Ford Taurus went out. After taking it to multiple shops, I still was not satisfied with the results. I felt overwhelmed & like the mechanics were misleading me. I did more reasearch and came across Chicago Auto Radiator reviews. Just from the personal stories, I wanted to try them out. I met Carmen! Wonderful Female mechanic. She knows her stuff! I really appreciate how she evaluated my car, explained in detail what needed to be done and why it was all happening in the 1st place. She showed me the damage as well, so I had a visual idea. The diagnosis was logical. She explained pricing and gave me options. The entire experience made me comfortable. Rates were lower than several quotes I got from around the city. I almost wish they did more than heating & cooling lol. Ive brought my car back for the 2nd job & its running perfectly!! Carmen also showed me damaged parts she removed as well. Her husband is great too, sweet guy. I would refer this shop to everyone!"

"Nice quiet tucked away shop. Great work with integrity and character. Boy is it hard to find places like this anymore, with people that stand behind their work while not tearing a new whole in your wallet. I will be going back if ever the need should arise."
